Installation of Missouri Beta

A local group, the Jeserah Club, was formed in 1905. The group officially became a chapter of Pi Beta Phi on March 22, 1907. Installation took place in the home of Amanda Fredricka Becker (Montague), Missouri Alpha. After the initiation, the new members were taught the rules and standards of Pi Beta Phi. After the installation, a banquet took place at the home of Elise Ver Steeg at the corner of Euclid Avenue and Lindell Boulevard, during which the new Pi Phis discussed the plans for building an active and strong presence on Washington University’s campus.

The chapter relinquished its charter in 2020.
