Installation of North Dakota Alpha
A local group, Psi Omega Psi, was formed in 1916. The group officially became a chapter of Pi Beta Phi on October 7, 1921. The installation ceremony took place at the home of Mrs. Olmstead, a patroness of the group. There was an installation banquet held in the home to honor the new initiated and honored guests. Elsie Coon acted as toastmistress. Toasts were given by many of the guests, Pi Phi songs were sung and taught to New Members and greetings were read from other chapters extending their congratulations and welcome.
A Cookie Shine took place on Saturday morning and a formal reception took place at the University later that night.
