Red River Valley, North Dakota, Alumnae Club

The History of the Red River Valley, North Dakota, Alumnae Club

The Grand Forks and Fargo, North Dakota, areas had a large number of dedicated alumnae who served on Alumnae Advisory Committees and Chapter House Corporations. However, these women, along with many other alumnae in the area, desired an outlet for fun and friendship, which led to the creation of the local alumnae club. In the club’s short history, they have enjoyed many evenings filled with just that, along with lots of sisterhood. The club has also enjoyed supporting the club’s local chapter, North Dakota Alpha, and partnering with the collegians on many philanthropic activities; they hope to build on that foundation in future years.

Philanthropic Service

Club members volunteer on Dr. Seuss® Day at local bookstore and annually donate a filled bookshelf to a local organization collected by North Dakota Alpha.
